What is 'License Agreement Violation' notification?
All our licenses, regardless of the version, are single-user licenses. While you can install the same license on multiple computers, it cannot be used simultaneously on more than one device.
If you attempt to use the software with the same registered license key on one device while it is still active on another, your registration key may become temporarily blocked and you will encounter the following License Agreement Violation message in the software:
Or this:
How to 'unblock' the license key?
In case you encountered the License Agreement Violation error, firstly, there is no need to worry, as the block is temporary. The server manages license key usage, and the validation process is fully automated, so we cannot manually unblock the license key upon request.
To resolve License Agreement Violation, follow these steps:
- close all instances of the software on every device where it is installed.
- wait approximately 15 minutes for the license key session to expire.
- after this period, you can launch the software on a single device to continue your work.
Note: if you have scheduled tasks set up, the software keeps running in the background even after clicking the 'close' button, so you need to force quit it through the task manager or disable the automatic tasks through the Preferences.
If you need to run the software simultaneously on multiple devices, you will need to purchase additional license keys.
What if I'm the only one using the software and it's installed only on my device?
