Can I get remote assistance?
At times, the Customer Care team may need to arrange a remote assistance session in order to get to the bottom of the issue you are facing. Our team is using the TeamViewer app for that (free and safe), running the session under your full supervision at the prearranged time. Communication goes through the in-built TeamViewer Chat.
To book a session, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure to contact us first and describe the issue you are facing, submitting your project for investigation if applicable
- Book a session for date/time that suits you best (make sure your timezone is detected correctly)
- Download the TeamViewer app (the free version is perfectly fine)
- At the prearranged time, launch TeamViewer app and send your Remote ID and Password for us to connect
Kindly note that the password is valid for one session. Each time you restart TeamViewer, the access details are automatically regenerated.
