Print to PDF Error / Can't print reports
To be able to print reports with SEO PowerSuite tools, your operating system settings should have specific configurations. If any of the required settings are not properly set up, a user may see the following error when trying to print a report:
If you see this error, take the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Open your Printers & Scanners section and make sure that a physical printer has been selected as the system's default device.
Sometimes your system may use a virtual printer, such as OneNote for Windows or Microsoft Print to PDF - such virtual devices are not recognized by SEO PowerSuite and can not be used for report printing.
- Check if you are using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (some third-party / OS-native PDF readers may not be compatible with the software).
You can download the required version of Adobe Acrobat Reader from this page: https://get.adobe.com/reader/.
After you install Adobe Acrobat, double check that it has been set as system's default PDF viewer: double click any PDF document and it should be opened exactly with Adobe Reader.
